The problem has been repeated here and on Facebook. There are also two reviews on BBB.

The sales team form Ardent are out right lying to customers. They are presenting a cancel when you want type deal, not letting you read through the contract, and are very pushy. If you are a person that uses Google Reviews or Pissed Consumer to find services; please veer away from Ardent Pest Control. You cannot cancel your service unless you want to pay 200.00.

What they aren't telling you when they are at your door is that you will be automatically billed 103 dollars every quarter; and this didn't come from the sales guy. He never will tell you this. What he will tell you is that you can cancel if you don't want the service.

They are very sneaky and say things like your neighbors are seeing an increase, don't tell them you are getting free service, etc. I still have ants by the way, biting my 20 month old son when he is outside.
